An amazing change with some simple dental treatment

Sometimes we can make a huge difference to a person's smile and life with a few simple dental treatments - here's an example.

This lovely scottish lady came to see me after being referred by a friend.

She was very unhappy with her smile and had multiple old fillings that were failing. There was also very prominent wear on some of the teeth.

We first did some tooth whitening with Zoom utilising home and power whitening. The dark front tooth had some internal bleaching and finally a crown. The rest of the front teeth were restored with direct composite bonding.

Closing the gaps between teeth

Occasionally we see patients that have small cosmetic dental problems with their teeth that give rise to larger issues to do with confidence. This is such a case, as a dentist this space between the front teeth is simple to fix, yet caused a great deal of concern for the patient.

After discussing many treatment options, we opted for cosmetic bonding. This is the process by which we bond a tooth coloured material to the teeth to close the space. This was the result.
